His accounts had all been suspended, but now he’s back and talking about the Netflix series
He’s officially The Most Hated Man on the internet, but that won’t keep him away, because Hunter Moore is back on Twitter. His account was previously removed, but he’s now back and chatting about the Netflix documentary about him and his revenge porn website, IsAnyoneUp.
Charlotte Laws, who appears in the Netflix documentary The Most Hated Man on the Internet, tweeted to say Moore’s account was taken down on July 29, two days after the Netflix movie was released. It appears to have been less than a week before Hunter tweeted again, with recent tweets from him starting on August 3rd.
His account is thought to have been removed after people watched the documentary, were shocked that he still had live social media accounts, and reported him. One person on Twitter said: “I saw #MostHatedManOnTheInternet last night and was disgusted to see that Hunter Moore had an account that was growing. So I reported it and thought ‘I bet a bunch of other people will too’. Checked this morning. Twitter people, I love you.
Has been reported her account was removed from Twitter for violating the site’s rules regarding abuse. But he is back.
Hunter Moore is back on Twitter and watching The Most Hated Man on the Internet on Netflix
Hunter Moore’s account is back up and, surprise surprise, he’s using it to react to Netflix’s doc. He said he’s acted like a “little prick” in the past, but dismissed the series as “60 percent BS” — which seems like a pretty neat percentage to muster, but sure.
Returning to Twitter on Aug. 3, Hunter Moore simply said, “Hi,” followed by a tweet to people who’d asked him about Netflix. At the end of the Netflix series, he says that Hunter initially agreed to take part and talk to him, but later declined.
“A lot of you have asked me why I didn’t tell my side of the story in the Netflix documentary, well, at first we all agreed on terms and everything, but in the end they wouldn’t let me tell my side of the story, I basically had to say what they wanted me to say, so I backed off,” she said. “There’s always a double side to stories. 60 percent of that Netflix documentary was BS. They never want you to tell or hear the truth.”
Shortly before his account was suspended, Hunter posted a video saying he had watched the Netflix series and invited other people to watch it as well. “Hey, Netflix just released a documentary about me,” she said. “The famous Hunter Moore, I created the site IsAnyoneUp.com. IsAnyoneUp.com was a very controversial website in the early 2010s. The website garnered a lot of attention overnight and I was a bit of a jerk, so I also gained a lot of notoriety.
“So whether you love me or hate me, go watch it. Let me know what you think. Leave a comment and let’s discuss it in the comments. He opens up to a fight in the comments, but has limited commentary on only the people he follows. Cheap.
Clearly some people got there before it restricted comments, with many people suggesting that the account be flagged again. “Bro, stop it,” one person said. “You lost to a mom, nobody wants you back on any platform. People will forget about you again in two weeks. shit I want”.
Someone tagged Charlotte Laws in the comments and she replied: “I can’t see the tweet. She blocked me when he got out of jail ”. Damn.
