Spicy Chicken Curry Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green coriander.
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika.
  • Half a teaspoon of crushed garlic.
  • Half a teaspoon of coriander.
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin.
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon curry seasoning.
  • 4 large pieces of chicken fillet, cut into large cubes.
  • 2 green peppers.
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped.
  • Half a cup of liquid cream.
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger.
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed.
  • quarter tea spoon of black Peper.
  • 1 large onion chopped.
  • 4 tablespoons of oil.
  • Cooked basmati rice ready to serve alongside chicken.

How to prepare:

  1. We bring a pot and put the oil in it and then put it on the fire and when it is hot we put the chopped onions and stir until it wilts and turns golden.
  2. Put the chicken pieces on the onions and stir well until golden.
  3. After the chicken changes color, we put garlic, ginger and black pepper, stir them and leave them on the fire until we notice the aroma of spices has spread.
  4. Then add the chopped tomatoes, sauce, paprika, chili, coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry spices, pepper and salt as needed, stir all ingredients together and leave for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Then put the cream and coriander on them and stir the cream with the chicken until it mixes well and leave it on the fire for at least 10 minutes until the chicken is level and coherent, stirring it from time to time.
  6. After the chicken is cooked, we put it in a serving dish and serve with rice.

Herb Chicken Curry Ingredients:

  • 100 gm frozen peas.
  • 6 grams of green peppercorns.

  • 400 grams of coconut milk.

  • 4 pieces of boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces.

How to prepare:

  1. First we clean the chicken pieces, wash them well and put them on kitchen paper to drain.
  2. We bring a deep bowl and add the chicken, black pepper and salt to it, and stir until marinated and leave it.
  3. Bring a bowl and put the oil in it and put it on the fire and when the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and stir until browned on the sides.
  4. After browning the chicken, we remove it and put it on a side dish.
  5. We add the onions to the oil pan in which the chicken was browned and stirred until wilted.
  6. Add garlic to onions and continue to stir, after that put curry powder and carrots and stir for at least 3 minutes.
  7. Add water and coconut milk to the mixture, stir and leave on the fire until it starts to boil.
  8. When it boils, add the roasted chicken and stir with the ingredients until combined.
  9. We reduce the heat and leave on the fire until it hardens for at least 15 minutes.
  10. We bring the mortar and put the pepper and herbs in it and we pound it well and then add it to the curry and leave it for 20 minutes.
  11. Then add the peas to the curry, stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  12. After the chicken and ingredients are cooked, we bring the serving dishes and pour it into the dishes and leave it on one side.
  13. We bring a frying pan and put the remaining oil in it and when it heats up, put the rest of the herbs on it and stir it over the fire for a minute, then sprinkle it on the curry dishes, and it is ready to eat.
